Better git support

http://github.com/joevandyk/cerberus/commit/79d64bb4a269041239524a0... adds better git support.

Biggest thing is if you do a rebase, the strategy of doing a 'git pull' won't work.

Doing a 'git fetch' followed by a 'git reset' against the latest version is probably what we want to do.

Also, has_changes? now checks against the version in the status.log file.
